1. Larsen & Toubro (LT) Secures Order to Build 185MW Solar Power Plant The power transmission and distribution arm of Larsen & Toubro LT has secured a "significant" domestic order, which it classifies between 10 billion Indian rupees and 25 billion rupees, according to a Monday filing with the Indian stock exchanges. The contract is to build a grid-connected 185MW Solar PV Plant at Kajar in Bihar, India along with a 254MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

2. Tata Motors Ties Up with Bajaj Finance for Commercial Vehicle Financing. Automobile manufacturer Tata Motors TATAMOTORS has partnered and signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with financial services provider Bajaj Finance BAJFINANCE to offer financing services across its entire commercial vehicle portfolio, according to a Tuesday company statement. Through this Tata Motors' commercial vehicle customers will have access to Bajaj Finance's wide reach, competitive interest rates, flexible loan, and digitally-enabled loan processing, the statement said.
   

3. India's Adani Group to increase capex to in fiscal 2025, CFO says. Indian ports-to-power conglomerate Adani Group will increase capital expenditures in fiscal year 2025 to Rs. 1.3 lakh crore (Rs. 1.17 lakh crore) from ₹70,000 crore a year earlier, Chief Financial Officer Jugeshinder Singh said on Tuesday.
