Stock trade above all the ema on the day chart RSI 60 is breaking out. stock PE is 14 in oct 22 now it is 8.80 which shows a value buy. Stock will continue its momentum.

  1. Godrej Properties has sold more than 2,000 homes for over Rs 3,150 crore in its new housing project in Bengaluru amid strong demand for residential properties. In a regulatory filing, they said it has achieved over Rs 3,150 crore in sales bookings in the 'Godrej Woodscapes' project, located in Whitefield-Budigere Cross, Bengaluru. This is Godrej Properties' most successful launch ever in terms of the value and volume of sales achieved, the company said.

    2. SEBI Shares of Indian brokers fell on Tuesday, a day after India's markets regulators asked market institutions like stock exchanges to levy uniform charges on brokers that are not based on volumes. Brokerages like Angel One, 5Paisa Capital, SMC Global Securities, Motilal Oswal, Geojit Financial and Dolat Alcotech fell between 3% and 8% in early trade. 

    Exchanges often charge a lower fee to brokers if they generate high volumes, contributing to a surge in trading across segments like derivatives, which the regulator wants to curb.

    The new regulation will be effective from Oct 1.
