1. Larsen & Toubro LT received a "large" order from Oil Natural Gas ONGC for the eighth phase of the pipeline replacement project off India's west coast, according to a press release filed with the Indian bourses on Monday. The company classifies "large" contracts as projects between ₹2,500 crores in Indian rupees and ₹5,000 crores in Indian rupees. Under the deal, Larsen & Toubro will engineer, procure, construct, install and commission 129-kilometer subsea pipelines across India's west coast offshore fields of the ONGC, the release said.

2. Titan and Rhythm Jewelry signed a deal to set up a joint venture for the manufacturing, marketing and retailing of jewelry products in Bangladesh, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.

   Titan will own 76% of the new entity, while Rhythm Jewelry will hold the remaining 24%, the filing said.


3. Asian Paints has invested ₹1,305 crore in Indian rupees to expand the installed capacity of its paint manufacturing plant at Mysuru in Karnataka, India to 6,00,000 KL per year, according to a Monday filing to the Indian bourses.
