1. Apollo Hospitals Enterprise recorded a rise in its consolidated attributable profit to 3.79 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal second quarter ended Sept. 30 against 2.33 billion rupees a year ago.Earnings per share grew to 26.34 rupees compared with 16.20 rupees, according to a filing to the stock exchanges on Wednesday by the hospital chain. The EPS is higher than the 25.78 rupees estimated by the analysts polled by Visible Alpha.

Indian IT services giant Tata Consultancy Services has secured a new deal of an undisclosed amount from European airline Air France-KLM, according to a filing to the stock exchanges on Thursday.Under the terms of the deal, TCS will help the airline to modernize the airline group's data by moving it the to cloud, promoting the next generation of data-driven aviation over the next three years.
